Beautiful and so delicious!!! Blair was so easy to work with and she made our daughters 1st birthday very special. Her cake was for sure the best tasting I ever had. Thanks Blair!!

My wife and I hired Blair to make our wedding cake in April/2009. To say the least, the cake was HORRIBLE tasting and the design was amateurish! Furthermore, Blair promised us a free mini cake for out first anniversary. We called her weeks before our anniversary and she promised to have the cake ready for us by the weekend of our anniversary. We NEVER received our cake! In fact, Blair did not even bother to call to inform us there was a problem. After nearly a dozen messages, we finally got a hold of her and her excuse was that she was sick! Lousy customer service! She again promised to have the cake made and then, simply disappeared. My wife and I are now coming up to our 2nd year anniversary and I will be attempting, yet again, to contact Blair in hopes of finally getting what she promised us! If you are considering hiring Blair, then reconsider your options and run in the other direction!!! Sad & Disappointed in Surprise, AZ
