This place is a "Want to be Salon and Spa", The hair dressers are great, but you feel rushed, I went to Edith and she was in such a hurry working on several people at a time, Oh and also I had a guy blow dry my hair, don't think he was a hairdresser just a do boy, because she was styling someone else's hair, very un-professional...So you can't relax..they play Loud Hip Hop Rap music, which doesn't match the Ambiance that the website gives off. I was getting a massage and could hear the Loud music, along with the employees in the back talking loud, over the music that was playing...The massage therapist was Excellent, and she kept apologizing, which was not her fault, Her soft music could only go up so high for you to relax...One last thing, the junk that is laying around is so not professional...This place needs to be a salon only...not made for relaxation...

I have been going to the spa for at least 6 months and I can honestly say this is the best salon and spa service I have received in Lakeland. The staff is friendly and attentive to my needs and always ensure my visit is relaxing one. I look forward to going to my appointments with Edith. My hair is in the best condition it's been in years. I personally know many clients that go there and are very happy with their services.

"Services & Products Way Over Priced"

The prices of their services and products are over priced and do not match the ambiance. It is not a friendly, warm atmosphere nor an upscale business. There was no one in the front to greet me or anyone else. As I walked all the way passed the front desk, it looked as if everyone had left and forgot to lock the doors. I finally got to the seating area and there was a hairdresser that saw me come in and saw me sit myself down. I waited for about ten minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence from this hairdresser while I sat there in her viewing range. You would think that any person working in the shop would ask if you have an appointment and with whom. The worse part is that this hairdresser is the Owner and she also ignored another walk-in (which walked out). Finally, a gentleman came out and greeted me. He takes care of the front desk and he is somewhat friendly. He is more interested in booking another appointment than he is about your overall experience and satisfaction.
