We rented Tuxedo's for a wedding party of 15. The guys at Tuxedo House from the start til we returned the Tuxedo's were outstanding. We had terrible experiences in the malls in the past.These guys know their business. Easy parking, warehouse right there and alterations done while we waited. Awesome Job. Thanks for making our wedding GREAT.

"They Should Be Ashamed"

I rented a tux from them for my son's graduation. On the way to the Graduation Ceremony, when my son got into the car, the pants ripped from crotch to waist, along the seam in the back. Since he had to be in Towson in 45 minutes, I had no other choice but to run into the store and buy a pair of black pants for my son to wear. When I returned the tux to the Tuxedo House, I showed them the pants, and I asked for a partial refund. I was told that as far as they were concerned, it was my son's fault that the pants ripped, by "sitting wrong". They insisted the pants were new. I am 50 yrs old, and have never really tried to "sit right", and have never had pants rip like that. I am truly disappointed. So much for "Customer Service".
